In the record
The United States made one treaty or agreement that names To-e-neche as a party: California Treaty A: Camp Belt, King's River, 1851 (unratified).
The records group it with Yokuts.

Talinchi. A Yokuts (Mariposan) tribe ... joined in two land cessions ... by treaty of May 13, 1851
Research notes
Named in an unratified California treaty of 1851-52. People: Yokuts (Talinchi / Dalinchi). Hodge index: "To-e-ne-che = Talinchi"; the OCR of the May 13 name is garbled. Signature block: "Tor-neches". Same people as Tallin-chees in Treaty N. [Hodge 1907-10 quote transcribed from archive.org OCR with obvious OCR errors corrected.]
