In the record

Kept by the Confederated Tribes of Middle Oregon as the Warm Springs reserve in the 1855 treaty; an 1894 executive order only fixed its northern boundary. Never ceded. The area covers about 630 thousand acres in what is now Oregon.

The 1899 record names Confederated Tribes of Middle Oregon as the people of this land.

This area was not ceded. The 1899 record shows it as a reservation the nation kept, at least until the record ends in 1894.
